Refund Policy

At DreamLearn (which operates under the parent company Dreamberg Network), we are dedicated to providing exceptional educational experiences. To maintain the integrity of our courses and foster a focused learning environment, we have implemented a strict refund and cancellation policy.

Refund Eligibility:

Via the DreamLearn platform, we offer digital products which cannot be returned or exchanged. So we offer Zero Refunds once you start the course or access the provided resources. Still, you have a way to cancel your enrollment within the allowed time frame.

  • Before 24 hours of Enrollment: 100% of the amount will be refunded.
  • After 24 hours but before the course commencement: 50% of the amount will be refunded.
  • After course commencement: No refund will be issued.

Refunds are only available according to the cases mentioned above. Any cancellation requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional cases at our discretion.

Why no Refunds:

Given the nature of digital products, once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered, it cannot be returned. This policy is made to safeguard both our customers and the DreamLearn platform from unauthorized use, piracy, or fraudulent actions.

Concerns on Course Quality:

Not satisfied with our course? You must provide detailed feedback and supporting evidence within 24 hours of accessing the course. We reserve the right to review these claims in depth before determining any refund, which may be issued in part or in full at our discretion.

Defective Content:

Any issues with defective or incomplete content must be reported within 24 hours of course access. Our team will make every effort to resolve the issue, and if a solution cannot be reached, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

Processing of Refunds:

Once your refund request is approved, the refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time taken to reflect the funds in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Payment Disputes:

We reserve the right to counter any disputes or chargebacks initiated for payments not covered under this policy. By purchasing from www.dreamlearn.in, you agree to these terms, which will serve as evidence of your consent to proceed with the transaction.

Duplicate Payments:

In case you notice any duplicate charges on your card or in your bank account, you can reach us at hello@dreamlearn.in for further investigation and quick resolution.

The refund policy timelines stated here do not apply to duplicate charges; they are refundable at any time within 3 months of the original transaction. Refunds after 3 months cannot be issued.
