Via the DreamLearn platform, we offer digital products which cannot be returned or exchanged. So we offer Zero Refunds once you start the course or access the provided resources.

Cancellation Requests: To cancel your enrollment, you must submit a detailed request at hello@dreamlearn.in including your name, email address used for the purchase, and a compelling reason for cancellation. We will review your request, which may take up to 48-72 working/business hours.
Right to Decline: We reserve the right to refuse/decline/reject cancellation requests that do not meet our criteria or are deemed to exploit our services. Our decision in such matters will be final and binding.
Duplicate Charges:
In case you notice any duplicate or unfamiliar charges, feel free to contact us at hello@dreamlearn.in. If reported within one day, these will be refunded without further investigation.
Accepted Channels: The only accepted method for submitting refund requests is via email. This approach guarantees that your request is documented, traceable, and handled promptly by our team.
